Your Account Card balance can be viewed by dragging the Account Card to the ground in world. In the top left hand corner, your balance will be displayed.
You can also view your balance by clicking the ATM machine in our main Customer Services area in store where you will be directed to your Account Manage webpage. If you have registered for a TIS Account, you can also log into your account and view your balance there.
Account Cards cannot be returned or refunded. The balance cannot be converted back into Linden Dollars or any other currency.
No! There is no expiry period that you need to worry about!
You can top up your Account Card Balance, by paying the ATM in the main Customer Services.
Even if you loose or delete your Account Card, you will still be able to purchase items in store. The Account Card is only for your information.

- By taking advantage of this TIS Account Card you agree to these terms and conditions.
- An Account Card can only be used by the recipient and is not transferable.
- Account Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Account Cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- Account Cards can be used in any TIS store in SL.
- Account cards have no expiry date.
- Account Cards can be activated with a minimum balance of L$100 and have a maximum limit of L$99,999.
- Account Cards can be topped up (in store at the ATM) to the maximum value limit in multiples of L$100.
